This email is obviously not the real ‘Mr William LEUNG Wing Cheung BBS, JP’ from the Hang Seng Bank board of Directors. Firstly the email address is a yahoo webmail address, and also the grammar is unbelievably bad! Whoever created this scam is quite dim as this is an old scam and he is using the same email address and other details in each email. No wonder he resorts to scamming as he doesn’t have the brains to keep a real job.

An email ‘apparently’ from Ceffin C & F stating that there is a new Financial Manager position in their company. All you need to do is to transfer money between accounts and you get to keep 5%. Sounds too good to be true – and no doubt it is. Firstly, there is no deadline for the applications – unheard of especially for a Financial Manager. Secondly, it’s generic email address. How stupid do they think we are?
