William – Phishing
This email is obviously not the real ‘Mr William LEUNG Wing Cheung BBS, JP’ from the Hang Seng Bank board of Directors. Firstly the email address is a yahoo webmail address, and also the grammar is unbelievably bad! Whoever created this scam is quite dim as this is an old scam and he is using the same email address and other details in each email. No wonder he resorts to scamming as he doesn’t have the brains to keep a real job.

A so called business man by the name of Mr. William Leung Wing Cheung is offering a business suggestion which involves the transfer of a large sum of money. An Advance Fee will no doubt be required to unlock the account, or to pay legal fees, or to pay for a new BMW that he has always wanted. He is asking that I should be discrete – so I thought that I should add it to my website – oops!
